The Benefits of Crafting

I think crafts are awesome.  I know I’ll give you a second to recover from that shock.  This comment is definitely a little shocking (it’s not like I have a blog dedicated to crafts or, anything).

There are a lot of reasons for you to love crafts too.  Crafts are not just a fun activity to do with your kids.  They have so many benefits!  When you make a craft you work on fine motor skills, visual processing, creativity, hand-eye coordination, etc.

So while your kid is having fun making their craft they are also working on a variety of important skills!
